Organizata “Roma and Ashkali Documentation Center” – RADC është organizatë e themeluar me qëllim të përmirësimit të situates së komuniteteve romë, ashkali dhe egjiptian në Republikën e Kosovës. Kjo organizatë aktualisht menaxhon Qendrën Mësimore në lagjen “Adem Voca” në Mitrovicë ku përfitojnë rreth 120 fëmijë të komuniteteve Rom, Ashkali dhe Egjiptian.

Shërbimet që ofrohen në këtë qendër kanë për qëllim rritjen e përfshirjes së shkollimit publik të fëmijëve romë, ashkali dhe egjiptianë në Kosovë, duke siguruar mjete shtesë përmes të cilit këta fëmijë parashkollor dhe të shkollave fillore fuqizohen në sfera të ndryshme. Me mësimin plotësues, fëmijët mbështeten në kryerjen e detyrave të shtëpisë dhe përgatitjes për teste ne lëndë të caktuara. Qendra poashtu ka edhe planin dhe programin me anë të cilit fëmijët mësojnë gjëra të reja. Qendra ofron shërbime për fëmijët 5-6 vjeç të grupit parashkollor; grupit fillor I-V dhe të mesëm të ulët VI – IX. Rreth 20 fëmijë marrin poashtu shërbime të rregullta psikologjike dhe logopedike.

Stafi i organizatës RADC në qendrën mësimore përbëhet nga mësues, asistentë, mediator, menaxher, psikog dhe logopedë.

Fëmijët shprehen se janë shumë të lumtur me ekzistimin e kësaj Qendre. Ata ndjehen të sigurtë dhe në një ambient të ngrohtë dhe pozitiv.

RADC u Mitrovici pomaže deci iz zajednica u obrazovanju

Organizacija „Roma and Ashkali Documentation Center “ – RADC je organizacija osnovana sa ciljem poboljšanja položaja zajednica Roma, Aškalija i Egipćana u Republici Kosovo. Ova organizacija trenutno upravlja Centrom za učenje u naselju „Adem Voca“ u Mitrovici gde koristi oko 120 dece iz zajednica Roma, Aškalija i Egipćana.

Usluge koje nudi ovaj centar imaju za cilj povećanje uključivanja dece Roma, Aškalija i Egipćana u javno obrazovanje na Kosovu, obezbeđujući dodatna sredstva preko kojih se ova deca predškolskog i osnovnoškolskog uzrasta osnažuju u različitim sferama. Uz dopunsko učenje, deci se pruža podrška u izradi domaćih zadataka i pripremi za testove iz pojedinih predmeta. Centar ima i plan i program kroz koji deca uče nove stvari. Centar pruža usluge za decu predškolske grupe uzrasta 5-6 godina; primarna grupa I-V i niža sekundarna VI – IX. Redovne psihološke i logopedske usluge prima i oko 20 dece.

Osoblje RADC organizacije u centru za učenje čine nastavnici, asistenti, medijator, menadžer, psiholog i logoped.

Deca izražavaju da su veoma srećna zbog postojanja ovog Centra. Osećaju se bezbedno i u toplom i pozitivnom okruženju.

RADC in Mitrovica helps the children of the communities in education

The organization “Roma and Ashkali Documentation Center” – RADC is an organization established with the aim of improving the situation of the Roma, Ashkali and Egyptian communities in the Republic of Kosovo. This organization currently manages the Learning Center in the “Adem Voca” neighborhood in Mitrovica where around 120 children from the Roma, Ashkali and Egyptian communities benefit.

The services offered at this center are aimed at increasing the inclusion of Roma, Ashkali and Egyptian children in public education in Kosovo, providing additional means through which these preschool and primary school children are empowered in various spheres. With supplementary learning, children are supported in doing homework and preparing for tests in certain subjects. The center also has a plan and program through which children learn new things. The center provides services for 5-6 year old children of the preschool group; primary group I-V and lower secondary VI – IX. About 20 children also receive regular psychological and speech therapy services.

The staff of the RADC organization in the learning center consists of teachers, assistants, mediator, manager, psychologist and speech therapist.

The children express that they are very happy with the existence of this Center. They feel safe and in a warm and positive environment.
